After visiting several places, including York, for an island and kitchen worktop, I initially chose Paramount because of their pre sales attitude. Mark was very knowledgeable and clearly explained the differences of marble, granite, quartz etc. and their application to me. This meant I selected the best material for how I am using my kitchen. He was never pushy, yet was very responsive to any questions I had and was interested enough to get back to me, unlike some of their competitors. Mark also put in a lot of effort and time to show me different samples. Paul his work colleague was also very helpful if Mark was not in. I ordered Irini quartz and from here the templating, installation and after sales service was 10 out of 10. Andy and his laser templating and fitting team, were professional, knowledgeable and fitted the quartz perfectly. Even better, Andy was always in communication about appointment times and always arrived punctually. It has been a refreshing experience to meet a team of people, through the whole buying and fitting process, who all really care. I love the quality of the quartz and how easy it is to look after. Worktops are a big investment, so I highly recommend anyone to use Paramount Stone so that you are sure that you will have the best team helping you to acheive your dream look.

I needed some marble planters made to match existing fake ones. I have NO idea about marble types or how to go about it. Mark was the only person not to treat me like an idiot because of my lack of knowledge. He helped me choose the best marble for my budget (the ones i initially wanted were of course ludicrously expensive and not suitable for planters) and answered my stupid questions with patience and professionalism. The planters got delivered today and are absolutely beautiful. I could not be more pleased with the product or the service.

Met with Jeff after taking a peek at cost of doing concrete on My driveway that had started to fail. After seeing multiple neighbors, replace with concrete, which has already cracked, I decided to pay a little more and get not only a permanent fix, but much nicer one.!

The crew worked their butt off right as the weather broke, I couldn’t be happier with the end result. Pricing was extremely competitive, and Jeff even helped fix my walkway so that everything blended in perfectly. Extremely pleased!

Mark was very knowledgeable and had a good selection of samples in the show room. He was able to give us a price there and then based on a sketch I provided with no hard sell involved.
Our kitchen was laser measured on the Monday and the worktops were fitted on the Thursday.
The installation lads Dan and Jason were very friendly and did a superb job.
Thoroughly recommend.

Paramount Marble have just fitted fabulous matt white silestone worktops in our new kitchen. Cannot fault the service from selecting the right tops to the laser measurement service and to the guys fitting the final worktops. The final result looks awesome. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for new worktops.

Paramount have fitted a fabulous quartz work surface in our new kitchen. We are very impressed with the quality of the workmanship and the product looks fantastic. Amazing customer service! I only wanted a small job doing (some tiles cutting) and couldn't believe the amount of trouble they went to in trying to do the best job possible (they were unusual tiles that were difficult to cut). Beautiful fireplaces, dining room tables, mirrors etc in the showroom and a huge range of colours/finishes for worksurfaces etc.
